Minimum Orders
Here at Ribbon & Bows we like to make our personalised ribbon available to everyone. Unlike most personalised ribbon companies who require a minimum of 10 metres to be ordered, our minimum order is only 1 metre. So it's easy to order personalised printed ribbon for each and every special occasion!

Accepted payment methods
Ribbon & Bows makes purchasing personalised ribbon easy.  We offer various easy-to-use methods of payment inlcuding Visa, Mastercard, and Direct deposit.

Shipping costs
Ribbon & Bows ships via Australia post, offering both Standard and Express Post to suit your preference: Postage prices quoted are Australia wide. Prices may vary for international orders as postage prices vary depending on weight and the destination.

Delivery timeframe
At Ribbon & Bows we pride ourselves on a speedy delivery of all personalised ribbon to our customers.  Orders are generally sent within 3-5 business days of payment being received.

Ribbon & Bows makes every effort to deliver within the timeframes requested and stipulated.  However, we cannot be be held liable for delays in delivery or orders which may be lost in transit.

Product returns and exchanges
Please note that as all ribbon is custom printed, refunds for change of mind will not be accepted.  However, should you not be satisifed with the quality of your ribbon, please be sure to let us know.
