Message: The process of ordering my personalised ribbons was fast & easy - what really helped was being able to see samples on the screen as I tried different fonts, images & colours. The actual ordering process was simple but what I loved was the personal touch from Judy who called me to double check my requirements & ensured the fonts on the different sized ribbons matched as this wasn't an option on the website. The follow up & follow through from Judy on email was exceptional - she truly understands the importance of customer service. The ribbons arrived fast & securely wrapped to ensure no damage while being transported. I would have no hesitation using Ribbons & Bows again & would highly recommend them.
